I tried to contact you on Monday and left a message on your mobile number.
The defendant was sentenced on Tuesday at Basildon Crown Court. He received
6 years imprisonment for the offences charged.
This is quite a good sentence as he was a young offender but also he has to
adhere to certain conditions while in prison.
If he fails to do so he will be given a further 5 years extension. He will
be on sex offenders register for life.
I was unable to attend but I have been told that the M***** family were
very pleased with the outcome.
They have had a rough time recently as they were burgled on Monday but
thankfully the persons responsible were arrested on Tuesday and all the
goods were recovered and returned to them.
Mr M***** asked about you and I told him you are doing well.
If there is anything else you wish to know please give me a ring.
Kind Regards and take care
